This is a great opportunity for an Application Support Specialist to join The Heart Foundation, New Zealand’s heart health charity. This business-critical role will be involved in ensuring the on-going operational support and development of the Heart Foundation's business applications. Assisting employees in optimising the use of the Heart Foundation business information systems and contributing to our vision “hearts fit for life”.
This role is part of a small, supportive and dynamic IT Service, supporting the wider organisation with a business centric, customer led service focusing on our mission to stop all people in New Zealand dying prematurely from heart disease and enabling people with heart disease to live full lives.
The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting and maintaining organisation wide technology. Assisting users to feel comfortable with the solutions so that they enjoy using the tools. Ideally you will have at least five years Application Support experience in a small to medium sized organisation, high attention to detail and excellent technical skills.
